CANCELLED - Bake/Book Sale (27 & 28 Oct)

The second weekend of the Bake/Book Sale scheduled for 27 & 28 Oct has been cancelled due to the success of the first weekend. Please see the message from Beth below.
All:
I wanted to send out a special thanks to everyone who participated in the bake sale this weekend. Please pass my thanks along to your parents who helped. If you want a list of scouts that participated, please let me know. Not including the profits from the books sold, we raised $969.96!!!! We also sold 9 books, for an additional $90. This fund raiser was very successful and the Pack gets to keep 100% of the proceeds and nothing gets sent to TAC. Because we were so successful this weekend and we have the Bowl-a-thon coming up on 3 November, we are canceling next weekend's continuation of the bake/book sale. I don't want to exhaust our resources here in the community.
We can plan for something else in the spring prior to the Normandy campout also, to help defray costs from that. We can also keep trying to sell the books we have left. Let me know if you have any ideas for doing that.
