Good evening to you all!
I want to formally invite you all to the open Pack Calendar planning meeting Monday evening, February 23, 2009 at 6pm in room E127 at HUMC. This is a time where we will begin coordinating activities for the 2009 – 2010 Scout year, and we welcome your input, ideas and willingness to volunteer to “help the Pack go”! There is so much talent in our group, so I want to put together a calendar packed with a lot of fun and exciting activities for the boys (and adults). We will have other detailed planning meetings in the future, but if you already know activities for which you are willing to lead/coordinate, please let me know so we can reserve those activities for your den.
