School Night for Scouting

Come see what it means to be a Cub Scout!
Pack 532 will hold its School Night for Scouting recruitment and registration event on August 23, 2007 beginning at 7:00 at Helena Elementary School in the Cafeteria.
If you are a parent whose child is interested in Cub Scouts, please attend this event. Cub Scouting is a family affair and you will have fun, fun, fun!
This is an informational event for parents and boys interested in joining Cub Scouts. All Pack 532 Scouts are requested to join us in Class A uniforms to assist parents and help answer questions.
Representatives from the Girl Scout Troop will also be on hand to speak with young girls about Scouting. We will have a busy night, and the more volunteers we have, the more smoothly it will go. Contact Larry Crawley at lcrawley@mgandassociates.com if you can help out.
*** ATTN VOLUNTEERS: SET-UP BEGINS AT 6:00 ***
We need as many volunteers as possible to help set up, decorate, help with registration, t-shirt and cap sales, new Den set-up and clean up. All Webelos Scouts should be in attendance in full Class A uniform to assist with welcoming those who attend and escorting to their appropriate rank tables.
