September Pack Celebration - CUB SCOUT EXPRESS

This is the first pack celebration of the new year. Lots of neckerchiefs for those wolves and bears that didn't get them in May, lots of new "tiger" faces, and lots of new bright young minds to begin exploring the cub scout trail toward the "Arrow of Light!"
