Shelby District Banquet

Location: Blue Cross Blue Shield Main Office in Riverchase
Dear Scout Leaders:
Please mark on your calendar for the Shelby District Banquet on Thursday April 3rd at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Building in Riverchase Parkway. This event will take the place of the April Roundtable. All reservations need to be in by March 28th to receive the $15 per person fee to purchase at the door will cost $30. All your knot and/or unit recognitions need to be turned in to me by no later than Monday March 24th. I have attached the registration form with this email. You can fax, email, or drop off the form at the Scout office to my attention.
Finally, please get your District Award of Merit Forms in no later than Friday March 14! This is the highest award given in the District and we have a lot of great volunteers who need to be recognized but they need to be nominated by you. I have attached the nomination form with this email on pdf and Word Document.
