Scout Day 2009 - UC Men's Basketball
Date: 2/7/09 - 2/7/
Time: 6:00PM
Location: Haas Pavilion
The UC Athletic Team has arranged for a Scout Day at the Men's Basketball game on 2/7/09. Tip-off is at 7:30 at Haas Pavilion. However, at 6:00 pm there will be a pre-game workshop where the Cub Scouts will work on their basketball merit badge, pin, or belt-loop. Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts will be attending this game. Some boys will be selected to form an on-court tunnel and other boys will perform presentation of the colors. There will also be group photos and recognition on the video board, plus in-game contests and prizes.
The SFBAC is coordinating the ticket sales so that they only need to pay one "Group Ticket Fee".
To reserve your seats,
DECIDE AND ACT QUICKLY
1) Write a check to: "BSA" with a notation that says "PE Cal game" and state # of youth and # of adult tickets you need.
2) Mail it directly to: William English, 1001 Davis Street, San Leandro Ca 94577-1514 SO THAT IT ARRIVES BY 2/2/09.
Families and friends are welcome. Scouts should wear their uniforms.
This sounds like lots of fun, and it will also be an awesome basketball game because UCB is competing for First Place.

Keep in mind that parking can be a little hard, so allow for time in order that you're not late.
The first 250 scouts in attendance receive a "Cal Patch"!
