Hello Pack 202 Families!
Below you will find a survey that I have developed to send to the all of the Pack's families, in Word 2003 (Pack 202 Survey 2007.doc) and Acrobat PDF format (Pack 202 Survey 2007.pdf).
The survey is intended to get a basic indication of how the families feel about the Pack's performance and includes a talent survey that we will be able to use to provide for better programs for our boys.
The document may either be filled out by editing the Word document, and emailing it back to me by replying to this email, or you may print it out, fill it out, and mail it to me or bring it to the Pack meeting. My contact information is included in the document.
I know that it is long, but the content is very important to the Pack. Please take the time to fill it out and send it to me either via email, or snail mail.
