RE-REGISTRATION: 2009-10 Forms

Hi Pack 274! It is time to reregister for scouting next year. We’ve condensed the forms and changed the collection procedure. You can now save the information part of the form (page 1) on your computer to use and update each year (page 2 and 3 will change each year). Your den leader will be collecting the paperwork at Graduation. If you miss graduation, please mail your form to your den leader as soon as possible. Please pay by pay-pal or by check directly to Gina Frietag (see details on page 3 of the registration). On page three of the registration there is a pull down bar to help you calculate fees. Please read on about pre-paying pack events and t-shirt orders. If you choose to prepay all pack events (two campouts, Blue and Gold Banquet and Raingutter Regatta) please add and additional $21/per person (age 5 and older) to your registration fees. Please remember to include the scout in the prepay. For example: 1 scout+ 1 adult = $42 1 scout + 2 adults = $63 2 scouts + 1 adult = $63 1 scout + 2 adults + 1 sibling = $84 Additional t-shirts are $9 each (please indicate YOUTH or ADULT sizes). If you have two scouts you need only one subscription to Boys Life per family unless you want more. Directions to download the registration form: 1) Click on the words RE-REGISTRATION below in blue to download he forms, 2) Open the file with Acrobat Reader (v. 7 or 8). 3) Fill in the registration information on the scout and his family. 4) Save a copy of the completed form (you can use the first page again next year). 5) Click the “Print Form” button at the top of the form and make **2** printouts. 6) Sign and date the backs of page 2. 7) Give 2 copies to your den leader. 8) Use pay-pal or write a check to pack 274 and mail to Gina Frietag If you have any questions you can contact your den leader or Susie Lambert (268-5726, susie.lambert@gmail.com ).
