Pack event release form

This is the release form used for most Pack events.
You will need a way to read Adobe Acrobat documents to view and print it. Most computers have a way to to this.
If you cannot open the document you can download Adobe Reader for free at Adobe's website. Just follow the link provided. *note...the added toolbars Adobe suggests are not required. You may uncheck any boxes or options when you install the Reader.*
