Kayaking for Kids Release Forms

These forms must be completed and returned to Kayaking for Kids in order to secure your scouts place in the class on August 9th.
The attached registration forms for each student will need to be completed and e-mailed or faxed back to us. We will confirm receipt for your registrations for the date you have selected. Please mark on the registration form which one of these dates you want to register for. Our classes are on a first-come – first-served basis which means that we will have to have completed registrations for each of your children in hand before we can confirm their class date.
The attached brochure gives additional details about our program and if you have questions after you have reviewed the material, please give us a call at 323.298.2060 or e-mail to: nolimitspr@ca.rr.com. You can complete the attached registration forms and e-mail them back to us or fax them to 1-877-505-2925. No cover sheet is needed. We must have the completed registrations in hand before we can confirm your registration.

Please note:
Kayaks 4 Kidz™ is a Non-Profit, 501 c (3) organization that exists solely on the contributions of student’s families. We do not charge a fee for the classes, however, we do ask that families help us with a tax deductible contribution of at least $10.00 (per child) to help cover the cost of the camp on the day of the class.
Each class (date) is the same workshop repeated – Introduction to Kayaking
All students must have an adult/guardian accompanying them for the complete class session – this not apply to going out on the water.
The age range for students is 8-17
Registration check-in will begin about 9:30 am and the class begins promptly at 10:00 am and concludes with a graduation ceremony and photo session which ends about 1:30 pm. Mother’s Beach in Marina del Rey is located at Palawan & Admiralty Way, next to the Casa Escobar Restaurant, approximately 6 blocks West of Lincoln and two blocks South of Washington Blvd.
Parking is available at the Marina public parking lot on Admiralty Way (next to the Jamaica Bay Inn) for $1.00, but you must mention that you are with Kayaks 4 Kidz™ in order to get that special rate.
