à Arrow of Light Advancement Ceremony

Time: 7:30PM - 8:30PM
Location: EBT
ARRIVE EARLY 7pm! From 7:00-7:30pm à meet with parents and Den
Leaders early to plan camping, Assistant Den leaders will need to
supervise/work with any boys that arrive early so Den Leaders can
participate in the meeting
· From 7:30pm - 7:45pm à Arrow of Light Advancement Ceremony (see
below)
· From 7:45pm - 8:30pm à boys in Den meeting, parents/leaders
continue planning for end of year camping
Alex, Freddy, Francisco, Patricia, Virginia, Roberto, Claudia, you will be
an important part of the most important Advancement Ceremony in all of Cub
Scouting tomorrow, the presentation of the Arrow of Light to 3 of our boys.
Presenters, please each of you come looking sharp in your Class A neatly
pressed, be ready to read your line (see script below), and ready to be an
impressive an motivating part of these boys Arrow of Light ceremony!
Everyone else also please wear your Class A tomorrow if you have one, or if
you don't have one, please wear your Class B. We want to pose some
photographs for an award we will present the City of Doral for their
generous contribution. If anyone has a really good camera, this would be
the night to use it.
