New or Transferring Scouts: Two applications (one for Council, one for Pack): Complete information on the two applications and sign your name indicating approval. Forms below.
Returning Scouts: One application for Pack. Forms below.
Adult Scouting Application (complete as a appropriate). Forms below.
Give completed application(s) and fees to Cubmaster, a Den Leader, or a Pack Committee member. (For contact information, please see the "Pack Leaders" link in the upper left corner of the site home page.)
