God and Me Program
The God and Me Program has started for the Tigers, Wolves and Bears and attached are ongoing photos of the program courtesy of Denise Gaskill.
The objective of the God and Me Program is to help young people grow in their understanding of the Christian faith. This class is for Protestant and Independent Churches (Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran etc.). The classes help Boy and Girl Scouts fulfill their Scout promise to do their duty to God. The scouts can earn a God and Me metal, pin or patch to be awarded by their Pastor in church and worn on their uniform. More info is available at www.praypub.org
The course consists of 4 classes. Each class will last about an hour and a half. The classes will be each Sunday in November, (5,12,19,26). A class or two may be moved to December due to Thanksgiving.
An adult guardian is required to stay during the class.
