PACK CULTURE & DIVERSITY

I have put together a Pack 415 Diversity Program geared toward helping increase the number of scouts in our pack who have earned the Lanugage & Culture Belt Loop. At the completion of it, we can sign-off that scouts have completed the requirements for the Language & Culture Belt Loop & Pin who have participated in the program. I think it should be fairly easy for most all dens to complete.
If they need help finding someone to talk with their den, I can help with that.
After you complete Woodbadge Training Course, each participate is required to complete 5 ticket items that put into action what you learned during the course. One of the ticket items, must focus on diversity.
During the Woodbadge Course back in March 2006 I developed a Ticket that indicated I would help increase diversity awareness within our Pack by promoting the Language & Culture Belt Loop and Pin since I was the Committee Chair at the time. Not everyone needs to earn the awards. I am not committing to 100% or even 80% but having each den participate would be great.
I have broken the activities down between items that we can do at a pack meeting and at den meetings to help out.
Let me know what you guys think. Having your support to get this done would be great.
