Time to sign up for the Cross Over Campout. This year we have a lot of fun things planned. The boys will remember this weekend for a lifetime! Everyone is welcome to camp both Friday and Saturday night, One night or only come out for Saturday. Just come out! You won’t be disappointed!
Check in starts Friday afternoon at 4pm. Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast and Lunch are on your own. Please feel free to coordinate with another scout and cook together. Saturday Dinner will be a large family Spaghetti dinner. Last year this was a huge success. The boys all emptied their bowls and proudly wore spaghetti smiles the rest of the night. (shhhh don’t tell anyone, but we will s’mores after the ceremony!!!) Sunday Morning Breakfast is on your own also.
Saturday events will start at 9:30 am with an opening ceremony and will roll along into the days adventures. We will break for lunch around Noon for an hour, then continue the adventure. Dinner is roughly planned for 5pm. Following a free time break and ceremony will start close to 8pm. We have a top secret special surprise for scouts attending the ceremony. You have to be there to get it. If your coming out for the day only please plan to be there from 9am till 10pm. It’s a long day, but you will enjoy all of it!
Tentative events will be knot tying, soap carving, games, den quality time, nature hike, Cross Over Ceremony & Arrow of Light Awards.
Below are links to the sign up sheet & medical form. I need a medical form for everyone attending including parents. When you finish the forms please mail or drop off your package with Ms. Jenny. She was kind enough to volunteer to organize the documents. (Thank you Jenny!)
