Athlete Activity Pin
 Everyone gathered in the basement of Dave Sesterhenn's house to learn about the importance of physicial exercise and to participate in an exercise program. Dave developed a course of stations that included a treadmill, stationary bicycle, home gym equipment, high jump, long jump, free weights and floor work on a mat that included sit-ups, push-ups & leg-lifts. A worksheet was developed listing all of the exercises done with boxes to check off as the boys did them. There were boxes to be checked off for future exercise sessions where the same exercises are listed. As each scout performs the exercises they check off a box. By the next den meeting the scouts should have completed 6 exercise sessions. Their completed check-lists will be brought to the den meeting and the scouts will be marked off as achieving their Athlete Activity Pins.
