Directions to Rainbow Council Scout Reservation in Morris, IL

From I-55:
At the Kankakee River Bridge, exit onto Lorenzo Road (exit #240) and proceed west approximately 7.8 miles. Just past the entrance to the Midwest Generation Power Plant (former Collins Station Power Plant), turn left on Winterbottom Road. You will be traveling south on Winterbottom Road for about 1 mile. Winterbottom ends at the entrance to RSR.
From IL Rte 47:
Continue south on Rte 47 through Morris and cross over the I&M Canal bridge. The first traffic light over the bridge is Pine Bluff Road. Turn left onto Pine Bluff and proceed east approximately 6 miles. Watch for the brown wooden scout reservation sign on the left hand side of the road and that is at Winterbottom Road. Turn right onto Winterbottom Road and travel approximately 1 mile. Winterbottom ends at the entrance to RSR.
