The Cubmaster is responsible for (1) ensuring Pack leadership is provided and properly trained, (2) planning and conducting monthly Pack meetings, (3) providing leadership at District or Council level activities attended by the Pack, (4) ensuring all Pack activities are conducted in accordance with National BSA guidelines, and (5) ensuring the Pack is properly funded.

The Assistant Cubmaster provides support to the Cubmaster in all assigned areas and acts in place of the Cubmaster when the Cubmaster is not present.

The Committee Chair is responsible for (1) supervising Pack Committee operation by calling and presiding at Pack Committee meetings, (2) assigning duties to and training committee members, (3) planning for Pack charter review, membership round up, and re-registration of members, (4) conducting the annual Pack Program Planning conference, (5) assisting with the formation of new Dens as needed, (6) coordinating with the Cubmaster on Council approved fundraising projects, (7) ensuring that every activity committee is fully staffed and properly planning any assigned activities, (8) submitting new scout and adult volunteer applications to Council, and (9) collecting applicable registration fees and other pack dues.

The secretary is responsible for attending each monthly Committee Meeting and documenting the discussion and decisions of the meeting. The secretary prepares monthly minutes and distributes them to all members of the Pack.

The Pack Treasurer is responsible for (1) reviewing monthly bank statements for accuracy and maintaining an orderly system of financial record keeping for the Pack, (2) reporting to the Pack Committee on monthly expenditures, deposits, fundraising activities, and bank balances, (3) providing authorization for all pack expenditures less than $25.00, and (4) writing checks from the Pack bank account for expenses approved by the Committee in excess of $25.00

Advancement

The Advancement Chair is responsible for (1) ordering the appropriate beads, fobs, patches or rank badges as needed for timely award presentation to Cub Scouts, (2) reviewing advancement and achievement records submitted by the Den Leaders and preparing award packets for presentation by the Cubmaster at monthly Pack Night, and (3) submitting rank achievement information to Council.

Committee Member
A Committee Member attends the monthly Committee meetings, participates in any Commitee votes, and provides general leadership regarding Pack decisions, policies, and curriculum.

Religious Emblems Program Coordinator
The coordinator assists scouts and parents interested in completing the Religious Awareness program offered by the B.S.A. The coordinator provides the requirements for the specific religion to be studied, assists with completion of filing and certification of the completed program of study, and arranges for purchase of earned patch and pins.

The Webmaster is responsible for content and design of the Pack 91 website and will receive any inquiries, comments, or suggestions about the Pack web site. The Webmaster also receives new content and photos from the various Dens.
