Wolf Den Outing - Oct 2 - Scrapbook
Have you ever wondered how the Indians made stone knives, arrowheads, and spears? On October 2, Wolf Den members attended an outing at the PPG Nature Lab. They got to meet a real flintknapper, Mr. Tex Holloway, who demonstrated how some of these ancient tools were made. The Cubs also learned important safety lessons (note the goggles), and enjoyed a great trail walk on the trails around the PPG Nature Lab.
