Pinewood Derby Workshop at Sci-Port

Sci-Port is great at science. How would you like to learn about the science behind the dynamics of your Pinewood derby car? Join other scouts to learn about the basics of "How to make cars go faster", graphite your wheels, install and align wheels, some pre-cut cars may be available or bring your own, test your car on a track and weight it on Sci-Port scales. For more specifics on times visit there website. Just a note - there is no cutting tools available during this even and you will have to mount your own wheels etc. Sci-Port will only be helping with the thinking science behind your car.
