New Scout House Stairs
Date: 8/10/08
The weekend of June 6th and 7th was a busy weekend with many activities going on including candy sale, graduations, a town fishing derby, baseball, soccer and other commitments. But that did not deter our Scout Parents.
Between permit to final handrail, Henry Joseph was instrumental with all his efforts. Joe Mastrangelo and Paul Taylor demolished the old stairs. Robyn Nordeen coordinated a free jack hammer from Taylor Rental. And Paul Taylor coordinated discounted stock from Cape Cod Lumber. Henry Joseph, Steve May, Mike Reardon, Paul Taylor and Bill Stone framed and built the stairs in the heat and sun on Saturday and we cannot forget the cleanup crew on Sunday.
