Whitewater Rafting

Whitewater rafting on the Lehigh River in the Poconos is the real deal in the rafting world. Visit the Adventure Center at Whitewater Challengers for a day or a weekend of real fun, real rapids, real adventure. Come for the whitewater. Or come for the scenery. Either way, the Lehigh River is the perfect close-to-home whitewater get-away. "This is the most fun you'll have all year!"
Even during our high water season, a milder version of the Lehigh whitewater trip is available. This is a great option for younger participants, or first timers who would prefer a little less of the thrills 'n spills of our more challenging trips.
Cost will be $41. per person. This includes the 3-meal deal. Camping is $4.95 per night per person. There is also a $2 fee for insurance for each person rafting, plus 6% tax. To raft you MUST be 5 years old or older. No exceptions!
The breakfast buffet includes selections such as pancakes, grilled smoked ham, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and beverages. Box lunches to take on the river feature a breast of turkey sandwich on a fresh Kaiser roll, a bag of pretzels, dessert and a beverage. Dinner buffets include items like BBQ chicken, hamburger BBQ, hot dogs, broccoli rice almondine, three-bean salad, coleslaw, dessert and beverage. The food is really good and it is an all-you-can-eat deal.
