Webelos I Den 1 – Lightning Patrol
Flag Placement

Location: Crownsville Veteran Cemetery
Join us at the Maryland Veteran's Cemetery in Crownsville. We will be placing flags on the graves of the veterans of all our wars.
We plan to assemble at 0800 in the circle of flags. There will be a short ceremony acknowledging those who have served, starting at 8:15. There will be a Scout playing Taps on a Bugle. We will then say the Pledge of Allegiance. The placement of Flags start at 0830. Last year the Scouts placed about 15,000 flags at the cemetary.
