Four Rivers Fishing Derby
Date: 5/17/08 - 5/17/08
Time: 9:00AM - 12:00PM
Location: Patapsco State Park
Join us as we go fishing with other Packs in the Four Rivers District. The boys will be competing for prizes, plus be able to earn their fishing belt loop. The boys have a lot of fun.
- Registration is open to all Cub Scouts and their siblings 5-11
- Catch the biggest fish and win a fishing pole and tackle box
- Catch and release only
- Bring your own tackle and bait (hotdogs, biscuit dough and cheese work great!)
- Hotdogs, sodas, chips, and candy available for purchase.
Sorry parents, only children are allowed to fish this year.
If you anticipate having to help your child at all with the fishing (helping to bait or cast), according to the Maryland DNR you WILL need to get a fishing license for fresh water.
* * * FEES * * *
1. Register and pre-pay by May 1st - $10.00 per youth.
2. Register and pay after May 1st or on May 17th - $15.00 per youth.
3. Registration is first come, first served and limited to a maximum of 100 youth.
4. Registration fees include a limited edition patch, T-shirt, & program supplies
