Lodge Service Project
This morning members of the Pack and their parents planted new bushes at the entrance of the Masonic Lodge. The original bushes were removed by the Pack two weeks ago. This morning the pack planted Nandina, Alberta Spruces, Golden Mop, Blue Star, and day lilies, paid for by the Pack and also donated by Evergreen Gene's in Glen Burnie. The next step to complete the landscaping will be the addition of weed-blocking material and mulch, to be donated by Troop 209.
This was just the first of many service projects the Pack will be providing to Odenton Masonic Lodge 209 AF & AM, our chartering organization. Our next big project will hopefully be providing picnic tables for outdoors BBQ's, which are held by the lodge and for the use of our Cubs during warm weather for outdoor meetings.
