Den 5 Fishing Trip 5/13

We have a date for the Den 5 Fishing Trip, headed up by Ken Costa. We're looking at May 13th, Saturday at 9:30 am. Ken will get us directions, but it will be at the Wymill State Park, on the Eastern Shore near the Chesapeake Community College. He says its about 18 - 20 miles away.
What you need to know:
1) if you are an adult planning to fish, you will need to have a Tidewater Area fishing license ($9) which can be purchased at most fishing oriented stores. Anglers is on route 50 along the way, and is a good place to go.
2) this is open to family, so if sisters or older brothers are interested, feel free.
3) we will be going from 9:30 ish to about 12 ish (but feel free to come later and/or leave earlier, as you see fit).
What you should bring:
1) you will need a rod (any) with a #1 hook and a bobber. Also bring some form of bate. Home bate is good: corn (not creamed), white bread, backyard worms, Bologna, etc. If you want to buy, Grass Shrimp, Night Crawlers or Crickets are good.
2) Pick-nick lunch, with LOTS of drinks. This is a park, with pick-nick benches and port-a-potties.
3) Bring Bug Guard (told 'ya) and Sun Screen
Other info:
This is a catch-and-release situation. Ken has offered to anyone who needs a rod to please contact him and he'll see if he can help you out. He will also bring some Minos for everyone to try.
Finally, if there is some interest in going, but not in staying all day, Ken says that the Outlet Mall is close, so those of you interested in a little shopping (after or during, provided you make arrangements with the parents staying), that may be an option for you.
I want to thank Ken for doing this for the Den. This should be lots of fun. I'm really looking forward to it.
