8:00-9:00 Registration (Coffee & Sweets)
9:00-11:30 New Leader Essentials (for all NEW Leaders) Leaders learn the objectives of the Scouting program and the methods that are used to achieve them.
11:30-12:30 Lunch - brown bag it or Hospital Cafeteria: Entree 2 Side veggies and a 20oz drink are approximately $5.29.
12:30-3:30 Cub Scout Leader Specific- For ALL Cub Scout Leaders from Committee Members to Cubmasters who want to learn how Cub Scouting works. This Mega Training will certify individuals on all the different Pack leadership positions.
12:30-3:30 Boy Scout Troop Committee Training- For all those who work behind the scenes of a Boy Scout Troop.
12:30-3:30 Venture Scout Leader Specific- For ALL Venture Crew Leaders.

9:00-5:30 Boy Scout Leader Specific- For ALL Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, and anyone who works directly with the boys. (All training sessions will be conducted on Sunday.)
