Pack goes Christmas caroling at Providence Place
26 Pack 120 Scouts and their siblings and parents made the Christmas season a little bit brighter for the residents of Providence Place at 3700 - 23rd Avenue South on Saturday, December 10 when they spent an hour caroling for the residents. The Pack's repertoire included "Frosty the Snowman," "Jingle Bell Rock," "Jingle Bells," "Let it Snow," "Little Drummer Boy," with Tycho Amyx on the drum, a Bear Den "solo," "O Christmas Tree," and "Santa Claus is Coming to Town."
Afterwards, we adjourned to Saint James Episcopal Church for cookies, coffee, hot cider, running around, and games.
A special thanks to Tiziana Albanesi, Raamie Ebrahim's mom, for coordinating this event, to Den 4, our Webelos II Scouts for making a large paper Christmas tree for Providence Place (and to Den Leader Dirk Riveness and Assistant Den Leader Priscilla Riveness for helping the boys make it), and to Tycho Amyx and his dad Daniel for making holiday neckerchief slides for the whole Pack!
