Wasn't Spring Camp a blast?!
Pack 120's first Annual Spring Camp at Fred C. Andersen Scout Camp was great! The weather was perfect, there were no mosquitos, and we had fun. Thirty-three campers arrived Friday evening. We had a small campfire in our campsite and had a laid-back evening. Saturday started early with scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. We went to the archery and BB gun ranges and on a guided nature hike before lunch. After a lunch of sandwiches, applesauce, and tortilla chips, we visited the trading post and then went fishing in the Saint Croix River. Dinner was hot dogs, beans, applesauce, and potato chips, we had a huge fire at the Council ring, enjoyed an evening of jokes and skits, and then chowed down on chocoladas and s'mores. On Sunday morning, we had doughnuts for breakfast, cleaned up, packed up, and headed home.
Many thanks to everyone who pitched in and made our first Spring Camp such a success!
