Pack 107 End-of-Summer Picnic

Location: Camp Wilkerson
As you know - summertime is almost over! School starts in a couple of weeks.
So let's have a picnic to end the summer and get back in the swing of Scouts.
We will meet at Camp Wilkerson this Sunday, July 27th, at 4 pm. The kids can play for a couple of hours and we will eat burgers and dogs around 6 pm.
If someone wants to organize some activities for the kids they can. But there is plenty of room for them to run and play and even ride bikes if you bring them!
The Pack will provide all the food and fixings. As we always do - everyone should bring their own drinks. I would also suggest bringing chairs. There are only a few picnic tables, so if you have a portable table - you may want to bring it also.
I'll pick up the supplies - but we will need some parents assisting with the cooking, serving and cleaning up.
Please make sure to give your Den leader a head count of the people you will be bringing so there will be enough food.
For those of you who have not been to Wilkerson. From town - take Highway 61N past the hospital. Turn right onto Oak Ridge Road, the first light past the hospital. You will pass a subdivision on the left and then top a hill. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Boy Scout Road. About 100 or so yards
down that road, turn left and go through the gate. That road will wind down a hill past a house and then it will make a sharp right. You will see the Scout Camp off to your left from there. If you coming from Openwood - you know where Boy Scout Road is!
