Cub Scout Leader Training

New Leader Essentials and Cub Specific Leader Training
For all new Cub Scout Leaders, parents and those leaders that have changed position in their Cub Scout Pack. This training teaches each leaders about the Boy Scouts of America and how to run a den meeting, pack meeting and to make Cub Scouting fun for the boys . Training starts at 9:00am and will be offered at the 1st United Methodist Church in Clinton or at Messiah Lutheran Church in Vicksburg. The cost is $10 which includes a Cub Scout Leader Book and “Trained” Patch. Please choose from the following dates:
• September 12, 2009
• September 26, 2009
• October 3th, 2009*
*(offered at Camp Hood before the 2009 Akela/Cub from 8 to 12pm. Must sign-up before September 30th)
