St. Al Homecoming Parade
Pack 107 will sponsor a "float" in this year's parade. Our Cubmaster will tow a flatbed trailer on which our Cub Scouts may ride. We'll hopefully have some hay bales for the boys to sit on. The parade will gather along Belmont Street beginning at 4:35 p.m. with a 5:00 p.m. start time. Please have your Scouts in uniform if at all possible. We will also need a few brave adults to ride on the trailer and/or walk alongside to help supervise.
The theme of Homecoming this year is "Boogie in the Big Easy." In keeping with that there, our float's theme will be "The Cubs Go Marching In." So, if your scout will be riding the float, please have him bring some sort of musical instrument to play. This can be a horn, drum, kazoo, whatever. Just not grandpa's Stradivarius!
The parade route ends at Jackson Street. You may pick up your Scout there. A pep rally will be held at the school immediately following the parade.
