Pack 108 Annual Softball & Picnic ($7.00 p/p Due July 20th)

What: Pack 108 Annual Softball Game and Picnic
Where: Capt. Kilroy Park (Tom’s Lake)
When: Saturday August 15th, 2009
RSVP: by July 20
Times:
Softball 9:00am To Noon
Picnic/Swim Noon until approx 5:00pm.
Cost:
Softball free (bring water and snacks)
Picnic/swim $7.00 per person
The pack will supply chips, burgers and dogs, buns, condiments, and entrance into the park.
Families are asked to supply drinks, side salads, and desserts.

All Scouts and their families are invited to come out and enjoy the fun!
Both the ballgame and Picnic/swim are very family friendly Pack events.
Last year’s game turned out to be a real close game with each team pulling out all the stops!
Every trick in the book was used – we saw double plays – double batters- two balls in play at the same time- Dads hitting- scouts hitting – Moms hitting – leaders striking out - it was as much fun to watch as to play. This year is sure to be even more exciting !
After the Game - (noon)- We head into Tom’s Lake for swimming, burgers and dogs, and fun, fun, fun!
There is a playground with swings, a beach, diving dock , and new this year, a water trampoline!
We set up in the picnic area. You spread out on the grass or the beach.
This swim facility is one of Wayne’s best kept secrets. Looking forward to seeing you there!

We need to know how many people will be attending the game and the picnic.
Please let us know and get checks in by JULY 20th.
We need to plan food and the Township needs to be sure to have enough Lifeguards and staff on duty, so be sure to let us know.
