Meeting minutes 3/1/07
• Treasurers report
o Current Balance of about 1950
o Cross over Camp out
 300 for food 500 for camp
o Manitoc
 600
o Should make budget
o Budget allocated for storage bins for attic
o Debit card was acquired for accounts
 Not to be used
• Blue and Gold
o Lots of good comments about it.
 Other pack had only white decorations
o Weblos den organizes the food
o Wolfs do decorations
o Den 11 is off of the hook
o Den 3 will do decorations for 2008 Blue and Gold
o Den 2 will plan food for 2009 Blue and Gold
• Re-charter
o Need to be in by next pack meeting if you want to race
o Patches for tigers due in May
 Sibling discount of $5
• Pinewood Derby
o March 24
o Randy will not be there for this event
o Set up will be 23rd
o Registration to begin at 9:00 am
o Must be out by 2:00
o Masters race will be optional
o Close food by 1:45
o Fill in info from responsibility sheet
o Need to bring a toy, re-charter, and dessert to it.
 Need to notify what has nuts(of any kind) and soy.
 This needs to be listed.
o All Racing cars in by 10 and registered
