This is the Apex of the Cub Scouting Program. Like the Eagle award, the Arrow of Light is the highest achievement a Cub Scout can earn. To earn this award, a Cub Scout must have true dedication to the program, as well as himself. This award cannot be earned without the total support and help of his family.
