How much: $2 per person (for Train Ride each direction if necessary)
The Pack will be participating in the CVSRR (Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Rail Road) Bike and Ride Program on Sunday May 17th @ 1:15PM. For a $2 fare on the train, you can load your bike on the train and then get off and ride your bike back to your boarding station.
We've arranged the boarding and disembarking points to accommodate various bike riding endurance and ability with contingency plans built in. If you cannot ride the full distance of 10.75 Miles you can either plan to disembark the train at one of 2 closer stations, or plan on a double ride. Ride with the group to Indigo Lake, and re-board the train at either Peninsula or Boston Mills for an additional $2 fare. If you think you will need to re board the train, keep track of time to ensure you make it to one of the 2 stations before scheduled departure.
All boys must ride with their own adult chaperon, leaders will not be responsible for individuals. Please also remind your Cubs that we will be riding the train with others, and that they should be on their best behavior. Running around, hanging out windows, and horseplay will not be tolerated by the CVSRR. This is a family event so bring the whole family and enjoy the ride. We look forward to seeing you all there.
