11/20 November Pack Meeting UPDATE (RMS)

Pack Meeting
As stated on the calendar, our November pack meeting will be held this Thursday, the 20th. For this pack meeting, we will be meeting in the cafeteria of the Revere Middle School. This location change was made due to construction that was scheduled to begin on our normal meeting place at the Bath Church Fellowship Hall.
The meeting will begin at our normal starting time of 7:00pm, but may last a little longer than 8:00pm. Without giving away too many details, some or our leaders will be getting cream pie facials in recognition of the outstanding popcorn effort turned in by our pack.
Popcorn Update
Speaking of Popcorn – Popcorn orders are in. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the trailer that we have used in the past to deliver popcorn to the pack meeting. Starting on Monday, November 17th, please contact Julian Garcia to make arrangements to pick up your order. Julian can be reached by phone at 330-665-5812 or email at garciaj4d@hotmail.com. If you have already collected your money, please bring it to the pack meeting on Thursday. If you will collect the money as you deliver popcorn, we will need to have a check for your order by Wednesday, November 26th.
Mark your Calendars
Our Thanksgiving service project is scheduled for Wednesday, November 26th at St. John’s Church. Lik e last year, the plan is to provide light clean up and help the church staff break down tables and chairs after the community dinners are served. Further details will be provided at the pack meeting.
In recognition of the busy holiday season, we will not have a December pack meeting. This is typically replaced by our Winter Activity. This year, our activity/meeting will occur at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium on Saturday, Dec 6th from 6:45-9:30pm. Plan for the family to attend and enjoy swimming and water activities. More details, including directions, to follow.
One detail I will mention and repeat several more times is that the Natatorium requires that all group members over 16 yrs old have a photo ID to present before they are allowed to enter the pool/activity area. Anyone in our party, whether they plan on swimming or not, must bring a photo ID to be allowed into the pool area. This is a Natatorium requirement and they will not allow any exceptions.
