Scouts Helping Other People
Date: 2/13/09
Pack 3 takes the part of the Cub Scout Promise, "Help Other People" seriously. The pack has:
Donated paper goods to the Bellbrook Food Pantry
Donated money to provide Thanksgiving meals to 12 needy families
Donated funds to the Boy Scout Tecumseh Council Camp Birch to renovate bathrooms
Donated cleaning supplies to the Bellbrook Food Pantry
Donated flowers and time to plant at the Bellbrook United Methodist Church to beautify their grounds
Donated funds to The Scoutreach Program to support cub packs in underpriviledged areas
Donated funds to support Scouting in Iraq
Most of the money for donations were earned by the Cub Scouts as they sold Scout Popcorn.
