FAMILY BASH UPDATE

Date: October 3,4,5
Friday evening after 5pm
All day on Saturday
Sunday leave by 11am.
COST: $15 per person. Family cap of $60.
LOCATION: Camp Birch, Yellow Springs, Ohio
DEADLINE: Deadline to Diane Autore is the Sept 23rd pack meeting.
Council deadline is Sept 26 to register before a late fee is imposed by the council.
FORMS: should be turned into our Pack coordinator and/or Diane Autore
Saturday: It’s is strongly encouraged that your cub scout wear our Pack 3 RED t-shirt. If you want to purchase one see Rebecca Haberlandt.
Saturday: We are planning our own special event late afternoon after the Camp Birch events are completed. Stay tuned! Plus the Cat Eye Trail.
NOTE: You are not required to camp for this event. You may just show up on Saturday at anytime. However, the fees remain the same.
EVENTS: are expected to include: BB guns, Archery, Obstacle Course, Crafts, Temple Ball and a snake presentation.
FOOD: Only Saturday lunch and Sunday morning breakfast are provided by Camp Birch. The other meals and snacks will need to be brought by each family. Or may be organized by your dens.
There will be a table at the August 26th / Sept 23rd Pack meetings to submit your sign up forms.
CLASS I MEDICAL FORMS need to be current and on file with Diane.
SCOUT STORE items will be available at Family Bash from 11-1:30 on Saturday. You can call the scout store and preorder items and then pick them up and pay for them at Family Bash.
