* Please note, the day events on Saturday 9/26 are 9am to 5pm.
* 30 event stations. We do not rotate through the stations as a group unless we want to.
* They are having 4 BB shooting areas and 2 areas for archery so that the lines aren’t long.
* Bring your digital camera. They hope to have a type of scavenger hunt like bingo and you take a picture of the item found.
* Bounce house!
* Obstacle Course- There is an obstacle course that’s pretty new! This can be used Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
* This is open to the “public”. They do not advertise - they only announce it to all their scouting units.
* You pay for only the person doing the event.
* You may come anytime during the day for the event. The cost is $8 per participant. No charge for observing parents. 3 & under are free. The shooting events are also open on Sunday for a separate fee.
* Patches are included in this price.

Camping

Cost is $2 per person per night. Pack 3 will be camping in the Delaware Campsite. Arrive anytime after Friday at 5:00pm. Check-out will be noon Sunday.

There are 20 bathrooms with running water that are accessible. There are also showers available with a longer walk to get to. We will be close to the dining hall and the new welcome center. This campground is on city water! Pack 3 will also have a campfire Saturday night, Banana Boats over the fire and a flashlight cat-eye trail.

2 fishing areas!

There are 2 other lakes to fish in. Bring your own gear and fish as time permits – this is not a scheduled activity.

Event Food

Lunch or any other food is NOT included in any of these fees.

Last year they had items there for sale including: hotdogs, chips, freezie machine, etc. They hope to have a “chuck wagon” this year featuring vegetarian stew and meat chili. Costs were low. There are also quite a variety of fast food shops near the camp.

Camping Food

Bring your own camping food. There will be fires and some stoves to cook with in evenings and mornings.

Some dens are organizing food as a group – check with your den leader for current plans.
