8/29 Popcorn Sale Starts

I want to let everyone know the first Pack 3 meeting is this Tuesday night. Weather permitting it will be in the field next to Bellcreek Intermediate school. A lot of fun is always planned. It will also be the kick-off of the popcorn sales campaign. Please pick up your order sheets and prize list at the meeting on Tues.
The rules are as follows:
1. Popcorn sales (door to door) and show and sell start on 31 August (next Monday)
2. All dens will be scheduled for times at show and sell, it is your responsibility to be prompt and help sell for the yourself, den and pack.
The dates will be Sept 11, 12, 18 and 19. More on that in a subsequent e-mail.
3. Again this your if you want a web-account at www.popcorn.com let me know and I will set them up.
Advantages: It allows out of town/state friends or relatives to buy from you and the product is direct shipped. Orders can be made year round and you get credit for them.
4. If you want a quick reference on popcorn sale rules they can be accessed through the www.techmsehcouncilbsa.org at any time.
5. You are not allowed to sell on WPAFB without the permission of Pack/Troop 162.
6. Support the troops was a hit last year. They are doubling (to 2) the giving levels this year.
7. Trails-end has taken out all the peanut or peanut oil out of the products due to last year's recall.
8. They have reduced the microwave popcorn varieties available this year, but added four new "tin" varieties
9. They are having mystery houses and council prizes again this year.
10. This is the last year for the Ohio State tins. They are by special order and very limited supplies. If you know someone wants one- or may want one- let me know ASAP. Otherwise they are discontinued.
