To help make this Pack the best it can be for our boys, we need you to help in some way.
To help guide your thoughts on this I've attached a Parent Participation form for you to print, fill out, and turn-in. It is pretty self-explanatory but if you have a question or need clarification on a point, please feel free to contact me.
