Summer Camp 2009 Information

The camp information attachment below should answer many of your questions about summer camp opportunities. You must complete the attached sign-up sheet and provide payment no later than March 20th to reserve a spot. Don't miss out on the fun and learning this year!
All Scouts and adults are required to complete the new Health Form which is linked below.
Cub Resident Camp and Webelos Weekend: Participants (adults too) must complete parts A and C of the form. Turn them in to your den leader who will forward them to the Pack Medical Records Coordinator. Keep a copy for your records.
Webelos Resident Camp: Participants (adults too) must complete parts A, B and C of the new Annual Health Form. Part B requires a physical exam by your doctor. Don’t wait to make your doctor’s appointment.
Note: If a Scout or adult under age 40 who is attending Webelos Resident Camp has a Class I and II form from last year that is signed by their doctor, they may use that form in lieu of the new Health Form for this year only.
