Dear Day Camp Staff and Helpers,
I wanted to send you guys out a list of our training dates. I was hoping to send you something in the mail but since the council office hasn't started processing applications for Day Camp I will do it via e mail.
Some of you have already met with me regarding your areas that you will be leading if that's the case you don't have to come. The rest must come to camp training. The dates are listed below.
Also if you could do me a favor if you know someone who's signed up to be a volunteer or den chief could you let them know of these dates. I will not get this information until after Expo and I hate to make someone wait that long to get info.I only have a list of leaders that have called me to tell me they would like to help.
Please pass the dates onto your packs.

This training shouldn't take more than 2 hours, less if you don't have to get your Youth Protection done. You can also go on line to do your Youth Protection training, the address is www.scbsa.org. If you do it on line I still need you to come for training to go over camp security, camp procedures, etc.... You can leave early if you have your Youth Protection!! Also, anyone that is trained in CPR or 1st aid could you let me know and can I have a copy of your card.
