Popcorn Sale Update

Cub Scout and Parents –
Hope this finds you enjoying the nice weather and doing well with your popcorn sale. I have heard from a bunch of you, and I’m happy to report many have already reached their goals. Way to go, and all of our congratulations!!!
For those of you that are still working on it, remember that a few neighbors can make a big difference! I know it’s not easy, with two scouts in my house myself J, but we did reached both of our goals with a few streets, a few friends and a few family members. Don’t give up, dress up and do your best!
It’s important that all participate as the money is used for each and every one of you. Also, there is a price for the pack if everyone sell and the pack reach its goal (Cici’s Pizza Party), so don’t let you scout friends down! Plus, each scout that participate will get a patch or a pin. J
If you didn’t get your forms or need extra ones, please let your den leader know as soon as possible or email me at nathalie@sweeney-family.com.
For those of you who had sign up for Show and Sell and those who wanted to sign up, we have tried hard to get to place another order to keep going with the sales and dates we had, but it turned out to be impossible to have more. We will make sure to reserve dates early next year and to order a lot more, considering that this first year was such a success! Thanks for all your help with that and for your willingness to participate!!
Here are the few things you still need to keep in mind:
Goal for each scout: $220.00
Order due Date: All order forms will be collected by your den Leaders on Monday November 2nd at your den meeting. You can also give it to your den leader anytime before that if you’re done with your sale.
Pick up Date: Saturday, December 5th
Mary Queen Church
1pm to 4pm.
We do not have any means for storing the popcorn, so please be sure to put this time and date in your agenda!!
Money Due Date: All money are dues on or before December 14th.
This will give you a week + to deliver your popcorn and get payment from the people didn’t get it from when ordered.
All prices will be given at the Blue and Gold Banquet on Saturday February 27th. If you have any questions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist you.
