Den Meeting

Location: Shaftsbury Elementary
Our first Wolf Den meeting will be on Wednesday, October 8th at 4:00pm. We will be working on our Leave No Trace Award by taking a hike. We will leave Shaftsbury Elementary (meet by the bike rack) and hike up to the big red oak tree. Marcy and I will provide a light snack which we will have once we reach the oak. The cub scouts will make sure that all trash is brought back with us (Leave No Trace) and will dispose of it properly. Please make sure your scout is dressed to hike.
We would appreciate any parents that our able to join us for a hike. We will be asking parents to volunteer to help with snacks for the November meeting.
All new scouts will need to earn their Bob Cat badge. The requirements are in the front of the Wolf Handbook. Don't worry, there is plenty of time for the new scouts to work on this.
