Where do all those patches go?

Cub Scout Uniform
The uniform is a very important part of scouting, and we ask that the boys be in uniform for pack events and field trips. Class B t-shirts are acceptable for den meetings.
Uniforms and other supplies are available at the council store for the Green Mountain Council Trading Post located on Route 2, PO Box 557, Waterbury, VT 05676. Their phone number is 802-244-5189. Parents and Scouts are responsible for purchasing their uniforms. You can peruse the catalog at www.scoutstuff.org and we can order through our council. Mike’s Hobbies in Rutland can also fill your uniform needs. Over in NY, near the Crossgates Mall, there is the Twin Rivers Council Scout Shop. And I have found uniforms on eBay as well.
There are official Cub Scout pants and shorts available, however we don’t require them. They are expensive and the boys outgrow them quickly.
There are also official Cub Scout hats available that change for each den level.
Tiger, Wolf & Bear Uniform (1st–3rd graders) - the official blue Cub Scout shirt and the official Cub Scout belt. Tigers wear the orange neckerchief. Wolves wear the Gold neckerchief. Bears wear the blue neckerchief.
Patches are placed on the uniform as follows:
Right Sleeve – US Flag, Den Patch, Quality Unit Award.
Left Sleeve – Green Mountain Council patch, 330 Pack Number
Left Pocket – Ranks and Arrow points earned, Purple World Scouting Crest (centered above the left pocket).
Webelos (4th & 5th Graders) - Webelos are allowed to wear the blue shirt though they may switch to the khaki Boy Scout shirt with blue shoulder loops. The khaki shirt will be used throughout the Boy Scout program (grade 6 up). Webelos wear the plaid Webelos neckerchief.
Patches remain the same as above EXCEPT for the left pocket which changes as follows:
Webelos Left Pocket – Webelos Award (centered on pocket), Arrow of Light (centered below pocket), any knots that have been earned, Purple World Scouting Crest (centered above pocket).
New Cub Scout Shopping List
Uniform Shirt (we recommend short sleeve). Blue for 1st, 2nd & 3rd grade. Khaki for 4th & 5th grade. Belt with buckle, if you choose.
