All advancements, including belt loops, have to be registered with Green Mountain Council. The current form has White for Council, Yellow for District and Pink for Unit.

Each scout (or den leader for each scout) should keep an Individual Cub Scout Record

If you have copies of the Den Records, and if they are complete, they can be used as attachments to an Advancement Report, but really don’t have space to track complete dates.
