Pinewood Derby
This year, the Pinewood Derby races were run in heats by den. Every car ran one race on every color track. After each race, the car received a "score", 4 for fourth place, 3 for third, 2 for second, and 1 for first place. Once all four races were complete, the scores were added with the lowest scoring car placing first, the next placing second, etc. The 3 fastest cars in each den received trophies.
To find a Grand Champion, the top 3 cars in each den (a total of 12 cars) moved on to the finals. Four heats of 3 cars each ran as before, with each car racing on each of 3 tracks (always excluding the same track). The fastest car in each heat moved on the the final race off. From here, each car received a trophy, 1st place - 4th place.
The final standings were as follows:

This was the last Pinewood Derby race for our Webelos II den. Congratulation to Nicholas Altland, Ben Hulett, Robert Pelland and Jonas Werger for some fine racing through the years. We'll miss you next year!
