Blue & Gold
We are gathered here today in our Cub Scouting Kingdom to recognize the hard work our knights have done to complete their achievement requirements. You boys should be proud of your accomplishments, as you earn your rank.
We have the privilege of watching as you take a step toward toward next station on the Cub Scout trail and beyond to Boy Scouts.
Will the Order of the Wolf please come forward with their Akela. For all their accomplishments, these Cub Scouts have been found worthy of the Order of the Wolf. In the name of Akela, we dub thee members of the Order of the Wolf. Your family will present you with your badge of knighthood!
Please remove your neckerchiefs & slides. You have worked this past year to earn the achievements and electives for the Wolf rank. As you start on the Bear trail, the neckerchief you will wear is blue to remind you of the truth & loyalty to your God, your Country & to other people as in the Cub Scout Promise.
(Each Wolf passes through the arch where he receives new neckerchief/slide, rings bell & is rec’d on the other side by the Bear leader.)
